Use of this website
By using keystoneweb.co, you agree to these terms. We do our best to keep the site accurate and online, but it’s provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Our work
The content of this site (copy, images, design, code) is owned by Keystone Web Studio. Project work delivered to clients is governed by the proposal and Statement of Work signed for that specific engagement, which take precedence over these site terms.
Inquiries and quotes
Information you share through the contact form helps us prepare a quote. A quote is not a contract; work begins only once both sides have signed an agreement and (where applicable) a deposit has been paid.
Client portal
Active clients are issued access to a private portal. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and to use the portal only in connection with our active engagement together.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Web Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for project deliverables is governed by your signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Brazos County, Texas.
