Who we are
Keystone Web Studio (“Keystone,” “we,” “us”) operates the website keystoneweb.co from College Station, TX. You can reach us at hello@keystoneweb.co.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us or that’s strictly necessary to operate the site:
- Contact form submissions: name, email, message, and the page you submitted from.
- Client portal accounts: name, email, business details, files, messages, and project history you upload while we work together.
- Basic analytics: a small set of anonymized events (page views, conversion events) used to understand how visitors find the site.
How we use it
To reply to inquiries, deliver projects, send transactional emails (e.g. invoices, project updates), and improve the site. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted service providers to operate Keystone. Each is bound by their own privacy terms:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for the site and client portal.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Stripe — invoice payments. Stripe handles card data directly; we never see or store it.
- Vercel — hosting and request-level logs.
- Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@keystoneweb.co. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Updates
If we update this policy materially, we’ll update the date above and — for active clients — note it in your portal.
